4-H Horse Program

The 4-H Horse Program focuses on equine selection, nutrition, management, riding, driving, recreation, fun, and horsemanship. Horseback riding and driving provides an outdoor sports fitness program for physical, personal, and emotional development - including confidence building. The sport can develop into a life-long hobby or business. Projects are available for youth owning or having access to horses - as well as youth not having access to horses. There are numerous educational activities and contests available to youth with and without access to horses.

The following forms are required to participate in a Livingston County 4-H Horse Show
