CCE-Livingston is unique among local organizations in offering a continuum of education and resources that enable it to address a food systems issues in a holistic way. By working at a food-system level, we can more effectively respond to cross-cutting needs such as food safety, food access, local agriculture and community infrastructure. We offer resources for farmers, and consumers, to help strengthen our local and regional food systems.

NWNY Regional Ag Team

Our NW New York Regional Agriculture Program serves farmers and rural landowners in Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, Wyoming and Yates counties.

Our Goals

To contribute to a sustainable agriculture production industry in Livingston County through educational programs addressing productivity and profitability issues with environmental management considerations;
To assist county residents with home and home environment maintenance with knowledge about energy, conservation, pest identification, and environmentally sound management alternatives, plant selection and maintenance, indoor air quality management, waste reduction and management, and water quality production.
