Intro to Fermentation Workshop

Led by Master Food Preserver Barb Brenner. Are you interested in fermenting food but don’t know how to get started? Learn how easy it is to get started in making sauerkraut and other fermented vegetables. You will see different fermentation containers, learn how to keep air away from the fermenting food, and more. Bring your questions to this hands-on program!
