Stop by the Chip Holt Nature Center on Thursday, April 18 (6:30-8pm) to learn the basics of pressure canning, water bath canning, fermentation, freezing, and dehydration. Examples of some of the tools and equipment will be shown and resources shared. The program will be presented by CCE Livingston's SNAP-Ed Nutritionist Colleen Therrien. This is a free program - no registration required!
