Lucille comes to CCE-Livingston with a B.S. in Nutrition & Food Science from Montclair State University and M.S. in Nutrition Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Before joining the CCE team, Lucille taught food and nutrition education across all five boroughs of New York City. Lucille actually started her journey in a technical high school, majoring in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts, and is passionate about teaching people how to cook!
