Attend a Child Passenger Safety Seat Check event where nationally certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians provide parents and caregivers with one-on-one, hands-on training and education in the proper use of their child’s safety seat. Learn whether you have selected the proper restraint for your child and if it is properly used and installed. Parents/Caregivers will also be provided with education regarding how and when to safely transition their child into the next stage of safety restraint. Monthly events are scheduled at various locations across Livingston County and parents/caregivers are encouraged to bring their child/ren with them to the inspection.
